Located in a building from the early 20th century, in the very core of the Historical Centre, Cosmopolitan Palermo is a bright, comfortable and colourful facility built to offer its guests a friendly and convenient starting point to dive into the heart of the city.
Two steps away from the Arab-Norman Palermo itinerary, Cosmopolitan is very close to the main historical and cultural sites, such as the Cathedral, the Quattro Canti (Piazza Villena), the Martorana church, Piazza Pretoria and to the evocative historical markets, such as the Vucciria; therefore we are within walking distance to all the main sites.
Moreover, the area is full of museums, shops and local handcrafts’ workshops, restaurants and wineries, banks etc.

ROOMS
The property has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms with external, non-shared bathroom and a triple bedroom with external, non-shared bathroom, all elegantly furnished in a modern, essential style and equipped with a balcony.
Each room has its own private bathroom, which is located down the corridor a few steps from the respective room, so there are no shared bathrooms.
The accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, wardrobe, kettle and free Wi-Fi. A cot can be added for the little ones. The property is located on the third floor of the building, and is served by a lift. In the area there are free parking spaces for cars.

- Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per night for the first 4 nights.
Living Space
Our bright living room includes a living space with a comfortable sofa and two chairs; it is a relaxation area available to guests, who can stay to read books, magazines, consult guides or use the LED television.
Reservations and Guides
We will be happy to help you by advising you based on your needs and by booking restaurants or places to eat ourselves.
We will suggest you organized or private tours with qualified tourist guides, for tours of the city and its surroundings and guided visits to the most fascinating monuments and sites.
But above all, "disturb us" whenever you can. We will be happy to give you all the useful advice to let you know all the beauties, even the less known and the most curious and make your stay in Palermo special and unforgettable.
Free Wifi
Upon arrival, our guests are given the password to access the wifi that covers the entire apartment.
Mobility
The Cosmopolitan Palermo is located in the heart of the historic center, between the pedestrian areas and the main axes of the city; you can therefore move comfortably on foot and reach the main sites and monuments of the city in a few minutes.
For those who want to use public transport, we are 20 meters from the stop of the urban bus lines and 15 minutes from the Central Station and the bus terminal.
Furthermore, through our local partners, we offer you the following solutions for your movements:

The Cosmopolitan Palermo is located in the Limited Traffic Zone, which includes the entire area of the Historic Center; if you are traveling by car, it is therefore necessary to purchase the daily ticket, at a cost of €5.00.
